Expensive aerator, Ara lav faucet has lousy flow

I agree with the other reviews. Expensive faucets, lousy water flow. Expensive aerators too and at least my faucets did not come with a tool or instructions for cleaning or removing the aerator. The instructions in the box describe a completely different —round — aerator. Is there a good reason to have re engineered the aerator? So I can't run it without the aerator to test where the issue is, because I can't remove the aerator. I have two of these faucets. Both are lousy.

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We apologize our product does not meet your expectations! Quality is very important to us and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance. If at any time you experience any issues with any of your Delta Faucet Company products please reach out to us directly. We will be happy to assist you! We do not recommend the removal of the RP90059 aerator, however, if the flow has decreased we do recommend cleaning out the flow restrictor located under the handle. Please gather a 3/32" allen wrench, long needle nose pliers, and an o-ring pick. 1. Remove the handle with the 3/32" allen wrench and pull off the trim cap. 2. Remove the bonnet nut with the adjustable wrench. 3. Remove the valve cartridge. 4. Remove the adapter using long nose pliers. 5. Remove the flow regulator using an o-ring pick or similar tool. 6. Clean any debris from the inside surfaces of the flow regulator. When reinstalling parts, make sure the bonnet nut is tightened securely with a wrench. We appreciate your feedback. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist

Problem: Ara widespread bathroom faucet aerator

How do you clean the aerator to my Ara widespread bathroom faucet??? There is no instructions or videos anywhere. Is there a schematic to help at the very least? Water flow has slowly gotten worse in the 2 years of building my house. Now its at the point where just a trickle of water is coming out. Please help ASAP. After reading the reviews I know I'm not the only one who is discouraged after paying this amount for your faucet.

If at any time you experience any issues with any of your Delta Faucet Company products please reach out to us directly. We will be happy to assist you! To clean the aerator you can either remove it with needle nose pliers and pull straight down gently, or you can use a soft toothbrush and a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Scrub the aerator with the toothbrush that has been dipped in the 50/50 solution. We appreciate your feedback. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Stay away at all costs. Expensive garbage.

Terrible product. I agree with previous reviews; water flow is the worst ever and splashes all over - counter, mirror, without good flow. Over priced. Changing out for one that functions. Please don't call me a loyal Delta customer. Based on this experience, I will never buy Delta again. These came with a new-build house and the builder has been inundated with complaints.
