Notes
1. When using the meat grinder, first wash the meat grinder with water, then install it.
2. Before use, the meat grinder should be fixed on the chopping board or bench with a clamping thickness of about 5cm. Tighten the hand-turned fastening screws at the bottom of the meat grinder, clamp the chopping board and fix it.
3. After use, clean the machine with detergent and boiled water or warm water with a rag. If it is processed and salted food, be sure to clean it immediately after use. Wipe off the water after cleaning. Wipe on edible oil after drying, otherwise, it will rust. Store in a dry place.
4. Please pay attention to placing fewer materials as far as possible. If you place more materials, you will be tired. When mincing meat and grinding flour, sometimes they get stuck. At this time, turn the handle back a few times. Before use, please add a small amount of cooking oil between the rear end of the propeller shaft and the plastic sleeve, so that it is easier to use. Mechanical products must be cleaned inside and outside with hot water and detergent before use.
6. Please cut the meat into strips or blocks before mincing. If there are many tendons, please remove them in advance to avoid wrapping the blade. It is better to refrigerate meat at 0-1 °C and then wring it. Pure fat meat can only be ground after freezing. Please do not put your hand into the feed opening when mincing meat to avoid injury.
5. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you place the order.
