Thankfully my neighbor remember me because Fed Ex sent her package to my door .and I made sure she received her package..the earthtone colors in this rug is beyond beautiful!!! the browns are so rich in color! almost makes you ready for the Fall season with scented Fall candles .it's heavy from the package..I order 9×12 and the size is perfect for my living room..I haven't taken it out package yet . because I want to order more items to complete my living room
