If you are a pregnant or nursing woman or taking any medications, consult your doctor before use. Colon Cleanse is for occasional use only and should only be repeated after 8 weeks. Factors such as diet, medication use, excess waste build-up, insufficient water intake, and laxative use affects cleansing. In rare cases, this product may temporarily cause side effects such as gas, stomach cramps or upset, nausea, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, nervousness, headaches or rapid heart rate. These possible side effects are uncommon and vary from person to person.

Instructions
This product is intended to be consumed by healthy individuals 18 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.
Dosage
METABOLISM DAY: For adults as a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once per day. For best results take capsules 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional. Avoid taking less than 4 hours before bed. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
COLON CLEANSE: For adults as a dietary supplement for Short-Term Cleansing Up to 14 days. Take two (2) capsules with breakfast with 8oz. of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For additional cleansing, Colon Cleanse may be used once every 8 weeks. Drink at least eight (8) cups of water daily while taking Colon Cleanse. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
