Just the right size for daily cooking & baking!
No matter what size, depending on the cooking needs however this oval baking dish cast iron is perfect gratin dish, possesses exceptional heat-retaining qualities, so the pot heats evenly throughout. From frying an eggs, browning minced garlic, melting butter, individual served spinach cheese dip, caramelizing sugar, baking and etc. Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising and roasting. Requires no seasoning and works on all stove tops.
