Very Disappointed!

I have received my recent order Order%23 200013327522739 and I am surprised by how poorly it was packaged, which caused part of the product to spill, as can be seen in the attached photo. The box couldn't withstand the handling and broke open, the spray cap is defective, and when I try to use the perfume, it sprays unevenly and leaks in all directions. A significant portion of the bottle arrived empty due to the damage and inadequate packaging. I kindly request a refund for the damaged product and appreciate your prompt response. (I couldn't attached videos)
