These Mineral Did the Trick!
As one who has been Carnivore for about 4 years now, I had really started to suffer from leg cramps. I was told first to eat more salt. This didn't help. I got these Mineral Supplements and they didn't seem to help either . . . at first. It took about two good weeks and now, NO MORE muscle cramps. I find that even if I miss a day, the cramps do not immediately return. What a blessing!
