Works as advertised for Bluetooth connecting my 2018 Cadillac CarPlay with my IPhone Gen. 16. The USBC to Std. USB IPhone cable connection would not properly pass the required signal through put after I upgraded my IPhone. This device corrected that and now no longer requires a cable connection either. So far no complaints and the adapter has stayed cool to the touch without fear of over heating like reviews mention of some similar adapter products.
