I would buy this product again.

This fan replaced a larger one. Had to go with a smaller one to fit inside a new universal fan shroud. It cools a BB 383 Chrysler very well. It was overheating but the new shroud/fan along with a 160 thermostat and high flow water pump took care of that.

A 6 Blade Mechanical Auto Fan -16 inch

I purchased a 1971 Plymouth Duster about 6 months ago, and determined that the car was a Total Restoration Project! Just one of the items, among several, was to invest in ""Under The Dash"" air conditioning for the car. My mechanic suggested that I look to purchase a 6 blade mechanical fan, to replace the original FOUR blade fan, to help cool the engine. So, I found this 16 inch Mechanical Fan with a half inch spacer at Speedway Motors. My mechanic is in the process of installing the fan as I write this review. The fan looks as if it were ""Custom-made"" for my Duster. I couldn't be more pleased! Shipping was quick, and the package arrive in perfect shape! If I need more parts for my Duster Restoration, I know I will be returning to Speedway Motors for them!

Very strong pulling. I used a shroud too. Very happy.

Used this fan with a shroud on my '32 Ford, sbc. Replaced my electric fan. I am super impressed with how well it pulls air and keeps my engine temps low on the hottest days in stand still traffic. I recommend it with a shroud if you live in a hot summer climate.
