Great product

I recently bought a house with all hard floors, so I thought it would be good to get a specialised vacuum cleaner head for my Miele. It fits into much narrower spaces than the original one and I like that there is no risk of it accidentally reverting to carpet mode like the other one occasionally did. It's very gentle on the floors and I am so glad I bought it.

Excellent replacement of the standard brush head

Very agile and easy to use. Also so much quieter than the one that comes with the machine. I'd say the standard one has some design flaw it scrape on the floor constantly. This hard floor one should come standard with the machine!
