Mature shoppers Beware!
I Will Never shop at Walmart again. Ordered this natural gas oven but got a propane one. Called in and the guy spoke no English, told me to return it or get a replacement. I said replacement.. as long as i get natural gas not propane. Then he said he couldn't do it and i had to carry it to ups to get a refund. Asked for supervisor who said he wouldn't speak to me after 15 min in hold. Calked back and the lady processed the return and fedex pickup in leas than 5 minutes. Was satisfied…until the replacement comes and its propane again! Called in again and demanded refund.(DO NOT USE AI..it will just fill you with angst) Now they haven't refunded my money and have no idea about the returned item. Absolutely pathetic. Older people who dont have hours of time to waste or just want a peaceful transition, buy elsewhere. Life too short to deal with this kind of nonsense.
