[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the Hunter Gallegos 52” in matte black and it's exactly the sleek, modern look I wanted. The 3-blade design plus Hunter's SureSpeed airflow cools my living room quickly without the wobble or hum I've had with other fans. The integrated LED gives a bright, even glow and the included wall control makes it simple to adjust the light and fan speeds (there's even a “favorite” preset). Installation: Straightforward with clearly labeled hardware; but it was not easy or for a normal person job.. you really need to know a little about wiring in case your current system is not set up like this one. Swapping in the wall control was pretty simple. Again, always turn power off to avoid any damage. Noise level: Whisper-quiet in my space—even on higher speeds. Appearance: Minimal and stylish; the flat matte finish hides fingerprints well. Where it works: It's damp-rated, so it can go indoors or on a covered porch. Wish list: I'd love a handheld remote in addition to the wall control and the option to choose light color temperature. Overall, strong airflow + quiet performance + clean design = a great upgrade for a large room.

Very quiet, and the light is just the right amount of brightness. It's also damp resistant, and works amazingly on our carport. It is somewhat heavy so you will defiantly need more than one person to help install.
