Unexpected Plush %26 Softness

It's my first SAFAVIEH buy. The 8'x10' Ebony Jewell Distressed Wool Area Rug in Rust/Gray is an unexpected pleasure to walk on... it's like walking on softness. This rug is thick, but I recommend vacuuming as soon as it arrives due to the level of wool fiber dust embedded in the rug. Also... no need to purchase a non-slip pad; the rug sits well on engineered flooring. The only drawback three months post-purchase is that some of the hand-tied loops are coming loose in different areas of the rug. I am unsure if this is going to continue or if these detachments are going to unravel what seems to be a good, wool rug for under $300! I can totally recommend buying this rug, IF SAFAVIEH stands by the work and will replace the rug if the loop issue doesn't resolve. All businesses need to have that level of integrity, but as it is my first purchase with them, I am unsure if they
