I am so glad I found this cart. For the last 7 years I have had to frequently haul 40 pounds of water softener pellets and 50 pounds of dog food up three stairs to the main floor of my house, then down 10 stairs to the basement. By the time I got to the third stair from the bottom of my basement the strength in my legs and arms were getting pretty weak. Not to mention how slippery that 50 pound dog food bag is. This cart takes the bags up and down the stairs with ease and stability. Wish I had this option available to me 7 years ago, what a difference it makes. The price is very reasonable considering how expensive the only other options are very expensive heavy duty electric stair climbers. I have a manual stair climbing dolly but that was hard on my back. The only negative I can think of is that it doesn't come with assembly instructions. But I found how to assemble the cart on YOUTUBE and assemblly is super easy. FYI I found out the hard way not to stand directly in front of the cart when loading something very heavy like 50 pounds of dog food. The cart handle bolted forward from the weight being placed on the front and smacked me right on my forhead. Now I stand a little to the side to avoid getting wacked again. Even with the knot on my forhead now I still love this cart.
