I absolutely love these. They are beautiful they are not overly large; however, being they are ceramic I do not have the test of time to see if the quality will stand up to usage. The lids have a gasket. Banging a lid to the canister I imagine would break it. As for a decor yet usable pieces. I give this set 10 stars LOVE THEM!!!
