I ordered these pants in dark gray and was given a date of Jan 15th to receive them by. I reached out on the 16th and was given a FAKE tracking number. A week later, I reached out once more, and the same thing occurred. 2 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date, which was too late to give as the gift occasion I bought them for, they came in the wrong size and color in torn packaging! I got blue instead of the gray I ordered. Even after all those mix-ups, the pants came with a nasty smell that I can't accurately describe...a mixture of mold and chemicals that hit me in the face and gave me a migraine. I'm on day 2 of airing them OUTSIDE. You can't reach anyone directly for customer support so I don't have faith that I would receive a refund. I'm going to try and wash them once the smell has dissipated enough to bring indoors. Oh, and I bought 2 pairs at the same time and the shipping equaled the amount of the items (approx $15 for the pants and $15 in shipping even though they came in the same beat up and torn package). I don't recommend the pants or company, on any level and the 1 star is extremely generous. Save your money and shop with someone else because this isn't a "bargain" you want unless you're into disappointments!!
