Meh. I paid twice as much for one that works better on my specific tennis elbow pain. However this was ok until I got the new one. Easy to wash, easy to put on, adjust %26 remove. Well constructed, reasonably comfortable, stays put, and it's surprisingly durable for hours of wear during rigorous workouts. Sometimes the edge can cut into my inner elbow if I'm not wearing it too high up and in the proper position. I don't regret this purchase, but I will say that I'm glad I found a more effective model from a different brand.
