This has to be the easiest fryer ever to put together and use. I used it yesterday 12/3/23 it worked perfectly and my turkey came out great. Was able to get 4 gallons of peanut oil up to temp in 18 minutes. And it comes with so much I only wish I would have bought one years ago.
