Easy to use, shipping was fast, I'm not a hair stylist, so I just have to get used to using it, but if you are it'll probably be easier for you... I just wanted to be able to trim around my neck in-between cuts.... seems you have to angle it just right to work.... it comes with an extra pack of blades.
