Candle Care Tips

1. Allow the candle to melt to the edge of the jar during your initial burn. Properly burning the candle for the first time is extremely important. This can typically take 3 hours for our 8-ounce candles.
2. Keep burn time to no more than four hours at a time.
3. Always burn candles on a heat resistant surface and within your sight.
4. Keep the candle away from children, animals, and anything flammable.
5. If the flame is appearing to be too high, please extinguish, trim wick, and re-light.
6. Remember to trim your wick before each burn. You can easily use your fingers to remove the burnt char from the wick or use wick trimmers.
7. When your candle has 1/2" - 1/4" of wax left, it's time to say goodbye and give the jar a new life by re-purposing it. Not only is it a safety hazard to burn it further, but it can also cause damage to the container or the surface it's on.
