WRONG PART IN BOX , SECOND TIME....UNNACCEPTABLE!!

I am usually not the person to leave negative reviews, however I have ordered this part twice now, both times what I recieved is not the part advertised or what I thought I ordered. I have never had a problem ordering from Walmart in the past, but I have now gone over a month with a broken oven, and I am not sure I want to try a third time to get the correct part. THE PARTS I HAVE RECIEVED ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME SHAPE AS THE ONE PICTURED IN AD OR EMAIL SENT TO ME
