Microphone came 4 days later than was promised. It came as a used, refurbished, in dirty and broken package. We had it as the Birthday gift which could not be given as a gift. Moreover, we paid for the new, not used item. I could not believe when we got it. It looked as a something from the garbage can. Now we have to go through return and waiting for the money back process. Moreover, our granddaughter is now without the gift she wanted. There was no communication from Walmart when item would come. Only message on Walmart site that it is delayed. No info for how long.
