Arrived with missing and damaged parts.

I haven't mounted this hitch yet. It looks well made but it arrived with one bracket missing and one spring bar all scratched up. The cardboard box is too flimsy to ship parts totaling over 100 pounds. When Fedex delivered it one of the parts fell to the driveway out of the torn end of the box. It looks like the spring bar had fallen out before and got scratched up. Someone reinserted it and then put clear tape all over the ends of box which didn't work as it tore open again. I'm not returning it as the missing part is a bracket to convert the hitch for use with a bottom mount coupler which I don't have. I can live with the scratches on the spring bar but it's annoying to pay good money for a product and it arrives damaged and missing parts. The hitch looks well made and the instructions are better than most for items that come from overseas.

3rd rate customer service from Walmart

The actual product is really nice. The customer service from walmart is an absolute nitemare it took me about 3 weeks and 12 phone calls and probably 10 emails to get my refund back I probably spent 5 hours on hold and got hung up on after holding for an hour on numerous occasions. At Amazon a return is easy and quick. Walmart will never get another online from me they said i had to call the seller who said i had to call the manufacture who said i need to call the seller who said i needed to call walmart who referred me back to the seller I thought I was buying and getting service from Walmart the phone call center from Walmart is in a foreign country and you can not understand them. I would not recommend Walmart online orders for anything they are not even close to as good as Amazon
