Looks great

Okay, the lamp itself is fine, looks great, works fine. However, the best part of the deal was - ironically - that one of the 4 glass panes was shattered on arrival. I called Lighting Direct, and they got the manufacturer to ship a replacement pane by the next day. Got it in the mail 3 days after I called LD. Great customer service!
