well it took me about 5 minutes to get it fitted around my body. it's comfortable over or under my clothes and it does what it says it certainly straightens my back out whether I want it to be straight or not. I have severe cervical spinal stenosis. crushed vertebrae some crushed nerves and overall the spine is disintegrating. so this brace is something I very much needed. it's pretty comfortable too.
