It‘s very basic, doesn't take up much room, quiet if you're walking, and is easy to move/store. I've cranked it to the max running and anywhere after 5 mph it's louder, but not too loud. I love this little thing and am glad I bought it! Too dark to run outside? Fearful of loose dogs or possible attackers? Don't want to run in the rain? Don't feel like putting on ALL your gear to get your exercise in? NO PROBLEM. You can just do it in private at 3, 4, 5am or pm, it's your call! It's a handy little machine. I recommend it.
