I placed an order on December 12th, for a personalized ornament, and received notification that the item had been shipped on December 13th. I then received an email from Ornaments by elves on December 17th (after the order had already been shipped) requesting clarification of the personalization request. When I received the ornament there was no personalization. After several communications with Ornaments by Elves regarding the issue, I received an email stating "We acknowledge that messages can be overlooked due to busy schedules. Attached is a screenshot of our previous communication for your reference. As a gesture of goodwill, we will send a new ornament with your desired personalization. We would appreciate an honest review. Kind Regards, Natasha Ornaments By Elves" The new ornament was never received and further emails to try and resolve the issue were ignored. Ornaments by Elves refused to accept responsibility for their mistake, claiming that their request for clarification on the personalization was prior to the item being shipped, refused to follow through with sending a new ornament that included the personalization requested with the order, and then ignored emails to try and resolve the issue when the new ornament wasn't received.
