It's not easy to find a thinner nonplush robe for kids. This is great for going to %26 from the shower without a heavy terry cloth robe or microplush robe. It would probably work well to %26 from pool as well.

Super comfortable lightweight robe

When I first opened this, my daughter was not super excited about it. However, once she put it on, she said this was super comfortable. It is a waffle knit cotton that is extremely soft. She typically wears a size 10, and this is listed as a size large or a 10 and 12. It fits perfectly . I will say I do not understand the purpose of the hood on a robe but it's cute. It's lightweight keeps her warm and will take the place of a towel.
