Another Miracle-worker for me!
This oil works wonders for my breast health. But it also does so many more things. I've taken it everyday since the doctor suggested I stay on it. And this brand works just as good as any of the expensive brands I've tried over the years.

a big help for me
I take Evening Primrose Oil gelcaps to alleviate my PMS symptoms, including swelling, cravings and... well... surliness. At age 50, I'm circling the menopause airport, so the PMS can really be bad. It really does help. I've paid $25 at the health food store for 100 gelcaps.If for some reason, I can't kick the cravings with this alone, I reach for the Swanson Premium Chromium Picolinate.Don't let yourself be miserable.

Evening Primrose Oil
I was told to add an extra "oil" in addition to my fish oil. I studied up a bit and found evening primrose one I wanted to try. I get really tense before my periods, and since I have been taking this, I am much more balanced emotionally. Such an inexpensive and simple way to fix an ongoing issue. The capsule is a little big, but, so worth it!
