A local exterminator who also has a retail shop sells this brand to people who want to do their own spraying, so after buying one jug I looked it up on the internet. I was buying it from the other place, but when I found Walmart online I saw that they carried it so here is where I get it now. A jug lasts several years. You'll need a decent sprayer too. I've been using it for about 5 years. I live in a lower income neighborhood with renters who move in and out so it's prone to get roaches but the only time I see a cockroach it's a dead one, and that is rare, one or two a year. I had a friend spraying my place for a little bit and he said to spray once a month in the summer so I do, and winter is not really necessary. Like he did, I spray around the base of my perimeter fence, around the base of the house plus around window and door and other openings like outdoor light fixtures, then inside around the baseboards. This stuff also keeps the Black Widow spiders down which we have here. I like to let the house air out after I spray just to be safe. It comes with all the pertinent instructions and precautions. If there's any leftover you can use it next time but it has a tendency to coagulate so I carefully strain any that's left over from last time. I always wear my clear goggles, disposable latex gloves and long sleeves when I'm handling this because does seem to be potent stuff.

This product kills all bugs inside and out that come in contact with it. It is cheaper than an exterminator and I have been treating the inside and outside of my house for over 10 years. Excellent product!
