The taste is horrendous but it works 😣
The taste has the power to make almost everything taste horrible but it really does work my restless leg syndrome has been so much better. I've tried it with water, different juices, but I think the best version is with tart cherry juice or cranberry. You get 100 servings so it's very beneficial and reasonably priced. Good luck! 😂

Best Glycinate for me!
For me this is the best Magnesium - I took this time on poweder because it is difficult for me with the pills, but I returned after all to them because it was difficult for me to use it somehow - I was wondering where to put it, how to drink it, etc.
