Never Again Will I Deal With This Seller

This person has no idea how to package an item for shipping. They shipped it with nothing more than some thin foam wrapping the box the tea kettle was in, and that was covered with plastic. I'm surprised it to me with only the spout being dented because the box was crumpled and torn. That says more about the sturdiness of the tea kettle than anything else. extremely bad experience.
