Easy to Use and Cooks Fast!

I was impressed by this item; it was easy to use and it cooked much more quickly than expected. I do recommend you use a meat thermometer to gauge how quick the bird (in my case) is cooking and to cook it to the temperature you prefer. My chicken was quite moist and the skin was perfectly crisp. The little hook that is included in the set is great for hooking the chicken and pulling it out. Next time, I will try using the kebab skewers. Great item, my family loved it too!

Perfect browning

I cooked a Christmas turkey and made dressing....it was perfect! It worked well for my family! The turkey was under 8 pounds but; we also had oysters so we had plenty of food! Thankful to God for his many blessings!

GREAT BUY

Since recently purchased, I've only used it once and that was for a roasted whole chicken. It came out perfectly. Very, very juicy and not dry. Simple to operate and clean up. Certainly cannot beat the price. While Deni makes one that looks the same, it isn't. This one made by Kalorik is much larger which allows for a 10 lb bird. Deni's model only has capacity for a 5 lb bird. I'm looking forward to cooking many more things in it.
