I have been taking ionic magnesium daily for 10 years. I was on blood pressure medication X 20 years. When I started taking this magnesium I no longer needed BP medicine. I've been off BP medication for 10 years because of this ionic magnesium daily. It works and it starts working immediately (within 30 minutes) to lower BP.
