Nuttin but problems...
Wow, where do I begin? Ordered the Pet Prevue 3153 cage, received timely and box in good shape. Opened box and found several bent bars, severely bent leg, and split wooden perch. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent new parts that were no better than the originals. Pet Prevue sent a new front panel with another bent leg and this time the leg was missing the caster insert so it could not be installed. I have contacted Pet Prevue again about the replacement parts sent and they have not gotten back to me about a resolution. If this is how all Pet Prevue products are, I DON'T recommend them. Very low manufacturing quality.
