Good MTHFR safe prenatal
I love the product and I feel it has everything I need to support my pregnancy, and it feels like it gives you a small boost every day when you take it. I've noticed that unlike other supplements it doesn't make me feel sick at all. I can easily take these and they are gentle on the body. I have had a healthy pregnancy so far taking these.

Great vitamin
My wife has been taking this vitamin for a little while now. It has a lot of what she has been taking individual vitamins for. 100% to 160% of the desired dosage. It comes in capsule form so hopefully it breaks down quickly and gets into her bloodstream. Her doctor recommended that she get a prenatal vitamin, we went online and found this product. So far she is very satisfied with it.
