These Cookies %26 Crème Pop-Tarts surprised me- the edges get just crispy enough, the icing melts perfectly, and the texture hits that sweet spot between soft and crumbly. And yes, adults are absolutely allowed to love these too. I toast one with coffee and feel zero shame.
