I contacted the seller and have not heard anything back. the only way to return is to bring to a participating walmart which ironically the walmarts local to me do not accept the return. i do not have a box bog enough to repackage it for return, which is not the sellers fault, its an inconvenience to me though. i do not recommend this item be shipped to you with it being so heavy.
