This woodgrain filler is thick and really seals up the grain for porous woods, such as oak, if you want to stain the wood darker without the grain becoming so dark relative to the surface that it over overwhelms the rest. It is a bit tricky to use because it is thick but the results are much better than other wood grain fillers I have tried.

Old Masters Woodgrain Filler

Old Masters Woodgrain Filler was used on red oak and birch wood tables that I have made. It came out better then what I have expected. It definitely brought out the grain of the two different types of woods. To make it easier to apply, I have applied the wood conditioner on the two tables which made it easier to work the paste in to the grain. I am very pleased and happy with this product!!!
