Well, buying light bulbs is not as simple as it used to be. I can not tell you how much I have wasted on them thinking they would be what I wanted. Now I know specifically the A-19 bulb is like the old 75-100 watt, soft white bulb. Just white to yellowish. Warm. Not the clinical, irritating gross, uninviting kind of white. I was happy when I put them in my lamps.
