Its is game changer for anyone seeking premium supplement. I appreciate that it's in the methylated form, ensuring optimal absorption. Highly recommended for a trust worthy folate supplement. Only downside is its distinct smell. Despite its benefits, the unpleasant smell made it challenging to take it consistently.
