Hooray for Ensure's many products
This is a great nutritional product... have been using it daily for many years for various reasons. I have been making a particular smoothie for breakfast daily for the past 3 years. It is filling and last me until mid-afternoon; it consists of dry coarse oatmeal, plain Greek Yogurt, frozen blueberries and a bottle of Original Vanilla Ensure. My daughter does the same thing only she includes baby spinach.
