Transformers Sea Spray Autobot Action Figure Voyager Class 2009 Hasbro #98458

This figure has a nice set of features packed into this incarnation. The designers really worked on the design, giving him scuba diver features, like fold out flippers, a head sculpt that looks like a diver and a "backpack" that resembles scuba tanks. There is a lot of posability in the fans, and the under slung launchers are removable if they look goofy to you. He fits in scale with the updated versions of Skyjack and Powerglide from a few years back as well.
