Adults 12 Years and older: Once daily, spray 2 times into each nostril while sniffing gently. Once allergy symptoms improve, reduce to 1 spray in each nostril. Children 2 to 12: An adult should supervise use. One daily, spray 1 time into each nostril while sniffing. Children under 2: Do not use.

I seldom ha6any congestion except on very widy dry days as I'm allergic to dust/dust mites. It never makes me drowsy or have a scratchy throat. It's cheaper than the Nasacort name brand also
