My daughter loves it. Putting it together wasn't bad at all. I even had to use my measuring tape to spread out the wood. The material of the frame is nice and smooth and the color goes perfect with the bedroom. You don't need a bed frame for this at all. However, you can get one but you don't won't be able to see the back decor part of bed frame the have that look. Perfect for a girl.
