if your backed up or just constipated i highly recommend this. it helps me and i have bad constipation issues. it works great helping if your on zempound shots or any meds that can cause bad constipation. works great with sane brand powder stool softner. together same time same day i went poop hour later little bit of diahrea but later back to normal. but only does this if you take both the stool softener and this fiber gummy. but if you constipated bad or more than 2 days constipated you need to do both otherwise just this gummy perrect for regular constipation. good texture and good taste too.

These work really good if you get occasional constipation, just as good as the powder - if not better in my opinion. They are much more convenient %26 work pretty quick, at the longest overnight. I take meds that cause occasional constipation so I like always having them on hand‼️
