The Breathe Deep tea on its own is fabulous flavor. An extra extra that it essentially assists with breathing health. So many toxins in the air in general anything to help is welcome. I like my tea strong and hot, so use 2 bags. Also I mix it with a different flavor (using Chai at present) this combination is very nice. Has a very nice taste and scent, not overpowering. No caffeine is great - it soothes and comforts - tho the caffeine wouldn't be a hindrance if mixed a caffeine flavor with this Breathe Deep. To purchase when in stock is an issue these days.

I suffer from allergies and post-nasal drip. This really helps to thin out the mucus and give me relief. It contains thyme and mullein which are teas my mom used to buy for me as a kid when I had childhood asthma, so I knew it would be effective. The taste isn't that great to me, but I don't mind because it provides me so much relief. There is a warning on the box not to use it daily beyond 4 to 6 weeks or if you have high blood pressure. This may be due to the licorice root it contains.
