Wild Bill (Blu-ray), Sandpiper Pictures, Western

Good story, entertaining. Not certain of the historical accuracy, but an effort was made to show it like it was. Wild Bill Hickok was probably the most formidable gunfighter in the Old West...even John Wesly Hardin ran away from him once. The top-notch cast created unforgettable characters. I've never seen Calamity Jane so fully and believably, and that makes her a much more interesting character. I searched a long time for this movie to become available. For no good reason, it had been available overseas for years, but not here. I'm glad I bought it. You will be too.
