It was not good at all

I finally got the shower curtain liner that I had ordered, it was not the size that I ordered. My order was for a short liner, 70"x60" but the one I got was 72"x72". I could not use it so I gave it away because communication with the seller ha been difficult. He did not seem to understand english and didn't answer questions I had. I'm just glad to be done with this poor transaction. Wal-Mart could not issue refund because I did not return it. Very disappointing because the $18.12 that I had paid seller was a waste of money.
