I bought this dining table July 4th week and it was delivered August 7th. Walmart is only a third party seller. And I think the table was shipped by the manufacturer from China. We got a great price through the holiday promotion. Purchasing online through Walmart isn’t as easy as other online competitors for large scale items, but that’s got nothing to do with the product. Walmart was trying to help resolve purchasing issues related to this order; that was good effort. For the table, I am very pleased with it. It was shipped and packed very well! The delivery crew were top notch. They helped unbox and moved the table to the dining room and got a great tip from us. We assembled ourselves but assembly was very easy compared to many other pieces of furniture we purchased elsewhere, but it’s also easy due to the nature of this table. Just three steps. The table top is extremely heavy; the table is durable and sturdy. I wish I spent more to get the glossy top, but our table is still beautiful and very easy to clean with a microfiber cloth and a light solution. Six chairs of this design for this table is perfect. These chairs fit comfortably the football linemen in my family. Overall, I’m very happy and I would purchase from Povison again. I am making this review as an independent purchaser, even though the review seems to indicate that I am that I’m getting a reward for the review. Forgive the white panel on the floor in the background. Trying to assemble a bed. Still trying to put the house together.
